My kids are not big fans of the typical Thanksgiving Day menu, however I love cooking it all! SO my new favorite way to cook chicken is with Lemon and Rosemary….
We have a trusy old Meyer Lemon tree that somehow manages to continue providing us with some delicious, juicy lemons. It also just so happens that the only plant in my herb garden that survived our crazy heat pattern that blew in a few weeks ago was Rosemary. I looked up a few recipes and picked them apart and pieced them together until I got something I absolutely LOVE!!
